As I mentioned before, this will be my first year at my elementary school. This will also be my first year teaching! My classroom and my students are in need of the materials for our listening center such as a CD player, headphones, and books. I've spent a lot of my own money on many materials for my new classroom, and I'm lacking on the materials for this center. I've also included some audio books and regular texts for our reading center! Children's literacy is one of my favorites, and I'm excited to expand on the library I've already built for my students! With these donations, I hope to build on my student's reading skills and motivate them to become active readers.
