The computers that we have at our school are very old and outdated. Of the three that we have in our classroom, only two of them work but they do not work properly. It’s very overwhelming seeing my students argue for a computer. Many of them come from unstable financial situations and do not have any kind of electronic device at home. Seeing their ability to work through their situations and not lose their motivations is very inspiring and makes me want the very best for my students. With the MacBook Pro, I will be able to provide the very best technology at their fingertips. I could open their eyes to places that we can’t visit. The virtual field trips would be amazing for these children. Having the MacBook Pro would motivate them even more to come to school to learn. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my project.
