My classroom is a vibrant, positive and nurturing environment for my energetic, diverse group of 5-6 year olds. My students love to learn through various fun methods that I include in my teaching. My students know that they are loved and cared for but also know that they have high expectations when entering my class. I expect their best and hold them accountable for their choices and their learning. My students will leave my classroom better than they came. Not only will they receive an outstanding education where they will be pushed and stretched beyond what they thought they were capable of, but they will also learn valuable life lessons about character, leadership and success. Students will learn that mistakes are what make us better and that it's ok to get the wrong answer. How can we expect to be perfect at something the minute we try it? in my classroom students know that no matter what they will be successful!
