These materials will truly benefit my students and help them succeed in the classroom. I have students who have a difficult time sitting still or staying in their seat. The seat cushions and hokki stools will help my students to sit still and focus on the lesson. I also included wide paper and pencil grips. I have students who have difficulties holding a pencil and some who write extremely large. These items will help guide these students in their writing and allow their writing to be legible. I also included some timers because I want my students to visualize when the break time is over to help them transition to the next topic. There is also a puzzle, tools and a social skills board game. These items are of interest to many of my students and will become a reward for their hard work. I am teaching social skills and behavior so this board game would be a great reinforcement and a fun way to practice those skills. Lastly, I included play-doh for my students who are tactile learners and need sensory integration. As mentioned, all of these items will help these students to gain success in the classroom and allow all of their needs to be met.
