I would be greatly appreciative to have my project funded to help my students enjoy reading and learning. I plan to use the wobble cushions as a form of flexible/alternative seating to help students learn classroom content and to use throughout the classroom. Since my students have a lot of energy, difficulty sitting still and attaining their attention, the wobble cushions will allow for them to move while learning. Additionally, my students have mild-to-moderate disabilities and lack confidence in themselves and their abilities. To help improve their love for learning by providing books at a level they can read at that interest them and a comfortable reading corner, they can begin to develop the important foundational skills for reading, learning, and feeling confident in themselves.
My students mean the absolute world to me and I plan to develop ways to meet their needs while prompting a love for learning and believing in themselves as learners and individuals.
It would mean so much to myself and my students for your donations to help us continue to grow and learn together. I hope to create a classroom that fosters their learning and self-esteem. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
