I am excited to see if this project will increase student achievement! When the students are able to choose whether they would like to use a balance disc, stool, balance ball, or bean bag, they will be more mentally and physically engaged in their learning! During reading group center time they can read in a bean bag in our classroom treehouse or find a secluded corner with a video chair. Maybe later in the day if there is that one special student who cannot seem to get comfortable, they can either wiggle on a balance disc or balance ball. I want my students to be engaged in my lessons whatever their learning style may be!

About my class
