Using the Epic app and other apps on the Kindles, students will be able to read lots of books on their level, books for enjoyment and really any book that piques their interest! Kindles will keep them engaged and help them learn to read! Kindergartner's can be taught to read if they are given several different ways to coach them along the way! These Kindles will be used during Shared Reading, Work Stations, The Daily 5, Familiar Reading, all throughout the day! Student learning will increase 10 fold! They will want to learn to read by using these in our classroom!
