By increasing the number of footballs and basketballs that we have, students will not have to wait for turns to participate. It will eliminate standing time and give them more time to be part of the action. The additional balls will allow our students more opportunity to practice, and ultimately, lead to more physical activity which will lead to better health. We will be using the balls in physical education class and during recess to help our students stay active and to improve their athletic skills. With increased skill levels, students are more likely to stay active as the grow.
