Hello! I'm Allyson Herndon. I am a third grade teacher at Conley Hills Elementary School, of Fulton County Schools. My classroom is a place where I nurture and educate an African-American and Mexican-American student population. This is the second career for me- being laid off after decades of working in Corporate America. I decided to finally pursue my lifelong dream of becoming an elementary school teacher. In my classroom, I give love, support, and an understanding that learning is fun! I strive to foster a genuine love and appreciation of science in my undeserved, minority students. I am doing exactly what I want to do, teaching in the type of community in which I've always wanted to teach. Thank you so much for visiting my page!!!
