STREAMING into LEAP My core students are 5th graders gifted students that want to change the world. We have a diverse group of students from across the globe. The students will partner with their 1st grade buddies. The classroom this year will be a STREAM environment that integrates STEM plus Reading and Art. The students will be focused on global challenges and use STEM tools across all content areas. My students are asking for ways they can make a difference or solve a problem by thinking "bigger" than just themselves. A 3D Printer can add an extra dimension of quality for our work. It increases our work creativity and sparks enthusiasm in students that weren't as excited in Mathematics or Technology before. A 3D Printer helps so that students can do their work looking at a different angle.
