The students that I teach are struggling in reading or math and in some cases both. When students struggle they lose the joy in learning. My goal this year is to help my students find confidence and joy in their abilities. Having fun and interesting resources at hand helps make learning more engaging and exciting. Having high quality, interesting books for the students to read will help them find the joy that they may have lost because of their struggles. Also, we all know kids love hands on activities, having math and reading manipulates will help support the concepts that they may need extra support in to become a success.

About my class
