During my class's daily Morning Meeting, I noticed a common phenomenon had developed. Each day, more and more students were excited to share books they had just finished! I encourage my students to be voracious readers and invite them to read a variety of books in my classroom. I am determined to instill a love of reading in my students. My fifth grade class consists of English language learners, students with special needs, students who are gifted and talented, and typically progressing students.

About my class
