I believe in living healthy! I am a school nurse and helped initiate a Coordinated School Health program in our district. I am involved in health education at my school and want to get the students actively involved. The school has a reading buddy program where 4th grade students read to 1st grade students; i want the students to read fun books related to healthy living, eating well and being active. Many students are low income; more than 50% qualify for free or reduced lunch.
