These students will be using the materials during SRBI, where I will be working with students based on ability groupings. The students who are not working with me at that time will have the luxury of having interesting and intriguing books read to them with the read along books, allowing them to read the words with the story. The students can become more familiar with the words, build their fluency, as well as listening and comprehending what is being read to them. This can bring back the excitement of reading as well as build each and every student's confidence with their own reading. The non-fiction leveled books can allow ALL 29 of my students the chance to read and look at the intriguing photographs to help them along with their reading. This allows them to feel reading as a reward and not so much as "work".
