Hello friends of little people! The early education system in the United States has recently experienced tremendous growth, a trend that has enabled most children to gain access to some sort of early education program. Unfortunately, U.S. preschool education programs are generally mediocre and inconsistent, and sometimes, unaffordable. Recent research has shown that preschool education is a sound investment academically, socially, and economically. Senator Zell Miller has called preschool "the most important grade." The U.S. public agrees, and I am one of those teachers who will "go to bat" for my kids, every time. Without adequate financial support from our state, it is difficult to enhance our program with the allotted funds from our school district we currently receive. My hope and prayer is that those of you reading this message will help me make a difference in the life of my preschool students. Thank you!
