STEM Enthusiast! My goal is to encourage and inspire all students to pursue STEM courses in high school and beyond, particularly underrepresented groups such as women and minorities. Ag Education Vision: According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Nearly 58,000 high-skill agriculture-related jobs with a STEM emphasis are expected to open up by 2020. In addition 27% of the new high-skilled jobs will require a comprehensive STEM education". I want to give our students a head start, providing access and pathways for future Ag careers as well as a comprehensive understanding of the amazing industry that surrounds us.
