My little learners are in a unique position. They have never experienced a school without Covid and its protocols. It was not a new normal for them but simply normal. A lot of my students are missing out on previous acquired knowledge due to a lack of educational experiences - possibly from parents not having the money for preschools or any other pre-educational program. I plan to enrich their school experience with hands on educational resources from Lakeshore. My students will have access to new sensory art supplies to be creative with and to meet the needs of students that crave extra touch and exploration. These Lakeshore learning games and tools will allow me provide different/new experiences for my learners that are not quite mastering the skill of letter and number recognition. These students come in every day excited about learning. These resources will allow me to present information in a new way to reach different learning types.
