These calculators will help my students with doing the basic computations of an everyday 8th grader. With funding my project you can help me increase instructional time being spent on actual content verses spending time on students needing/having to work everything out by hand. My students will be able to solve problems faster which will allow for more time during class to practice more problems. This will also allow time for group activities and more opportunities for students to complete in depth projects during class. Funding this project will supply my students with the calculators that will be beneficial for them to complete 8th grade math problems.
