Students need a break from screens and technology! They need a chance to come back to school and use their imagination to create and build. These morning tubs will be filled with amazing materials, which will allow children to discover, engineer, problem-solve, and persevere! Children will use these materials on a daily basis when they arrive at school and settle into their day. Depending on the health regulations when returning to school, these tubs may need to be individual tubs that are rotated throughout the week. However, the ultimate goal would be to have tubs available for small groups of children to use on a daily basis. The sharing of tubs will allow kids much needed time to socialize with peers while working on social skills like discussing, planning, resolving conflicts, sharing, and taking turns. These highly engaging materials will create joy and excitement when returning to their classrooms!
