Research suggests that kindergarteners learn a lot through play. I am lucky enough to work in a school that promotes play in primary grades. My students have 30 minutes of play time every afternoon and I would like to supply them with more high quality toys that can promote learning. I believe MagnaTiles will be a wonderful addition to our selection of toys. Magna-Tiles will allow my students to express their creativity and imagination while learning all about shapes, colors, spatial awareness, and many other STEM concepts. I have requested one set of translucent Magna-Tiles for my kindergarten class. I am excited to watch them come up with endless ways to combine shapes, build in every direction, and make unique structures while learning all about math and science. There is no doubt in my mind that this toy will quickly become a class favorite.
