My students need a classroom set of headphones to use in the their classroom. Can you imagine trying to hear what your computer is saying when 30 other ones are talking at you? I would like a class set of headphones to solve this problem. We are a diverse 9th-12th grade classroom in North Carolina. The kids are eager to learn and excited about using the computer lab to help them with health science! We spend 90 minutes two to three times a week utilizing a full classroom set of computers in our classroom. If we are able to obtain our class set of headphones I will be able to give the students access to many more academically focused websites. They will be able to concentrate on only the task on their computer because the headphones will allow them to hear only their machine. I really hope this project is funded to help my students with the opportunity to use technology to learn. They will all benefit greatly from the opportunity to work at their appropriate learning level.
