I am requesting 5 Chromebooks for STEM projects that will extend their science learning of material. Students should be exposed to 21st century skills during their learning experiences. Having the appropriate technology to use will give my students a chance to make connections to the real world. Having students that can apply technology in conjunction to their learning experience is just as important as providing them with content material. In this world, students have to be able to think critically, foster team work skills and have competent technology skills. The laptops will give my students a leg up in using technology to extend and expand their learning of course concepts. This resource will help to prepare our students in being competitive with their peers.
