Now more than ever, you see science getting set aside to make more time to prepare for state high stakes testing. We are trying to do the opposite and bring science to life for our students. In order to do this we need transportation to get to the Museum of Science in Boston, MA. During our trip here we will be able to explore a variety of exhibits, and focus in on the Body World exhibit to enhance our learning we have been doing this year. Our students have been working very hard to learn about how their bodies work and have even been able to make a robot finger to model what goes on underneath our skin to make our fingers move. They have shown so much interest in this learning, and this trip will deepen their growing love of science and inquiry. We just need a way to get there!
