The only thing I've ever wanted to be was a teacher! I have been blessed to teach 3rd grade for fifteen years and 2nd grade for eight years. But, as I enter my third year teaching 1st graders, I find myself falling in love with my job more and more! Now that I can compare three different grades, I can say that 1st grade is the most pivotal year in a young child's academic life with the most strides being made! The manipulating of numbers, expressing the thinking in writing, and becoming readers is quite an amazing and rewarding experience to witness. Thank you for your support! Cheryl Richard Jordan
