My students need more seating options! Four Bean bag chairs, five HowdaHUG chairs, 15 bouncy bands and a shorter Book Lovers table will help my students better focus on their work by sitting where they work best! All kids are energetic and move non-stop! In my classroom, I have elastic tied to the front two legs of my students chairs. This helps them move while in their seats and working. Getting bouncy bands would be a better and more stable option than elastic! Alternative seating options will allow my students to work the way they need! A shorter table will be used to let students sit on the floor or on pillows to work. Stand alone seats and bean bag chairs will give my students more options than just their desks. I believe that students need to work where they work best and if they work best in a comfortable bean bag chair, then I want them to have that chance!!
