Hi! I am a self-contained Preschool Special Education teacher in a Title One school. My students live in low-income housing and receive free breakfast and lunch at school. I currently have 16 students and my class size will continue to grow throughout the school year. I teach students with significant developmental delays. The majority of my students have communication and fine motor delays. I plan a daily thematic art activity to help my students visualize new words within our themes (bugs, farm animals, etc.) and allow them to use a variety of tools to improve fine motor weaknesses. My students need art materials, fine motor and sensory materials to help them grow and develop. Please consider supporting my project so we can continue to have these type of activities in my classroom.
