I am requesting tables to replace the desks in my classroom. I want my students to have a collaborative learning environment while in our classroom. Building lasting friendships and connections at school, is vital to a students' learning environment and essential to becoming a team player. I believe that by having a workspace that warm and inviting, students will continue to succeed and feel like they belong. Throughout the day, my students are constantly working together and creating ideas as a team. It can be very difficult to always do so while in their own personal desks. I want to make the groups and teams stronger and let them have a space they can work with their friends more effectively.
