Kids are excited about technology and don't always get a chance to travel and get a hands-on opportunity to enrich the subjects they are learning about. Our school has many programs that help children on their own learning level in ALL subject areas. However, we have a small amount of time to access these programs due to the number of students in the school and computer labs used for testing. By having the Kindle Fires in my classroom students have access to online books, math enrichment, research opportunities, virtual field trips, and even second languages anytime at their fingertips. The possibilities are endless to what they can do while in a structured environment.
