First graders are full of energy! Instead of trying to stifle that energy all day long, why not give them ways to get it out while working and learning to the best of their ability? That is what I plan to be able to do with these stability balls, wobble cushions, and other comfortable seating. Students often get fidgety and irritable with sitting for long periods of time at a traditional desk which in turn, causes unnecessary behavior issues while possibly taking away optimal learning time from the students. Our world is ever changing and I believe that to be an effective teacher we must evolve and grow as well.

About my class
