These elliptical trainers will allow my kinesthetic learners to better focus on the lesson. Light exercise while working will improve memory retention and improve cognitive functioning. This is especially important for my students who fidget constantly during class. My students can get out some of their energy while still engaging in the task at hand. This project will make a difference because it will help my students understand the importance of exercise for the mind and body. It will also empower my students to choose the tools that help them be most successful. This advocacy piece is especially important for children with disabilities.
