The books that I have submitted within my order will help benefit all learners within my classroom. Our school works closely with the Fountas and Pinnell Book Leveling System. This assessment system encourages all learners to read to their fullest potential. There are and will be many diverse learners to come into my learning environment. With this being said, all learners should be afforded the opportunities to work with books that are on their individual reading level. By ordering these books and having them incorporated into our classroom, students will be able to choose books based on interest and ability. Therefore, these books will be utilized daily within the classroom. Many fiction and nonfiction books that have been chosen like The Princess and the Pea, Squanto''s Journey and National Geographic Readers will correlate directly to instructional units that we will be learning throughout the course of each year as well. By including these books into our classroom library, students will be able to make real-world connections.
