In July 2005, I began teaching. For the past 12 years, I have been teaching and I still love it! For the 2016-2017 school year, I am looping with my class to 3rd grade after teaching 2nd for 11 years. I am excited to stay with the same students and to teach something new. During the last decade, I have served as a 2nd grade team leader, been selected as a model classroom for the district I teach in, voted on by my peers to serve on the school council, taught classroom management seminars at a local college, and participated on many school and district committees.
