As a German instructor without textbooks, I need to be able to create German texts and examples for my students, and the keyboard shortcuts make that possible. With this keyboard's shortcuts I can easily insert "umlauts" and "essetts" into documents, as the American keyboards do not have keys for the extra letters in the German alphabet. The Apple TV will enable us to project the screen of an iPad onto the wall so that students may follow along with the lesson. As we use a whiteboard app, various German language learning apps, etc. it will be important that the students can see what is being taught.
