My students come to school everyday with a smile on their face and a drive to learn more each day. I have a diverse class of 7 and 8 year olds who come from a very low income neighborhood. Our school is 100% free lunch and many students receive food bags to take home on the weekends. Despite the odds my students face in their community they are motivated but we are lacking the technology we need to cultivate a blending learning model we are trying to create in our classroom.
