My students live on a colony. They truly enjoy reading, and it is their main source of entertainment. They do not use the internet or have television. Books take them into a whole new world and give them many experiences that they will never get to face in real life. Books are one of the greatest gifts that my students will ever get as children. My students are all English Language Learners. The more text they are exposed to, the easier English becomes for them. I would like a wide variety of books to help all of my ELL students -- from my beginners to my advanced students. Currently, our books are worn, old, and very well used. My students deserve new books to enjoy and grow.
