This class set of exercise balls will be used to give students better seating options than their current chairs. Massive amounts of research have shown the effectiveness of exercise balls in classrooms. Exercise balls increase student engagement as well as improve student health. I desire to give my students a better option for seating in school than their current, rigid chairs. These chairs will allow my students the freedom to move as much as their bodies desire, all while staying engaged and working on their core. These exercise balls will be used for years to come as new students enter my room every year.
