I constantly recommend to teachers that they have children sit on therapy balls to increase focus, alertness and posture. Therefore, improving academic success. Children who sit on stability balls instead of traditional desk chairs show increased focus and ability to pay attention to their lessons. This is especially seen in kids who have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.When you sit on a yoga ball, you’re active. Just keeping the ball under your body helps strengthen your core muscles and engages the muscles in your legs. These seats (exercise balls) give children tactile stimulation while they are working on balance,assisting their brains to be ready to learn.
