When Kindergarten students are learning, it is best for them to have options for working and reading. Already, in my classroom, I have a couch, lap desks, pillows and rocking chairs. The kids love to find their own space for reading and working, where they can have the least distractions and have purposeful movement. I am hoping to add six wobble chairs to my list of choices for my students. These chairs especially help students who need gentle movement as they work. These students may have a hard time focusing when they are required to sit using traditional chairs and tables. I am trying to provide the best environment for learning for all of my students. Thanks for considering my project! What we do now with young students can change our future world!
