Engineering is a critical part of the science world! Engineering has become a new emphasis with the new science standards that are being implemented within our educational system. I would like to have the opportunity to expose my students to as much engineering skills as possible to prepare them for future studies. We will be designing amusement park features and different types of motors that help students understand force, motion and energy. Amusement parks and different types of motors will be built by the students that are learning about engineering with these KNEX sets. The more they are exposed to critical thinking skills and engineering skills the more they will achieve in the future.

About my class
