I teach a group of curious and independent second graders. They love to read stories that make them laugh, learn about animals and play math games. As a teacher, I strive to create an environment that fosters a strong sense of self, independent thinking and a place where they can build character. I want my students to be able to ask questions, solve problems and think critically. In second grade, students have become accustomed to more rigorous learning. Therefore are starting to become stronger readers, writers, listeners and mathematicians! With your help I can continue to build an environment to supports their growing needs and minds!
