Servicing such a diverse group of students requires flexibility in time, organization, and use of space, with multiple groups being taught simultaneously. Mobile learning stations make classroom flexibility less intrusive. My aide and I can have all of our supplies right at our sides, and we are not tied to one specific wall to display or write on. Also, a listening center will help reinforce literary skills that they are learning. Help me give these students with learning disabilities a chance to beat the hand they have been dealt. Everyone deserves to have equal access to education. Literacy and learning is the key to their future quality of life.
