By using the handheld microscope devices, my students will be able to take their hands-on exploration to the next level. We currently have 4 light microscopes in our classroom that the students have been able to learn about and use. However, there are limits to what these microscopes can be used for. With handheld digital microscopes, we will be able to take our learning even further. Students will be able to view the tiniest structures during our dissections labs. When learning about the adaptations different organisms have, students can see these structures firsthand. More detailed observations can be made about anything and everything. I would love for my students be able to have some free exploration to learn about anything their curious minds want to know more about!
