By providing my students with an age appropriate writing center, it will encourage my little learners to explore their creative process. My Pre K students love to illustrate their thoughts and are beginning to form simple sentences, but often do not utilize the current writing center because it is not age appropriate in height and accessibility. A new writing center will be a great asset to our learning environment by providing my students with accessibility to wonderful materials such as vocabulary cards, assorted writing materials, word family cards that will increase their vocabulary, phonics skills while increasing their creative process.

About my class
