Our 2nd grade classroom loves to learn collaboratively. We enjoy doing projects and active learning. These things take up a lot of space. For instance, when we built giants during our measurement unit, we didn't have enough space to build them because our desks took up too much room. My active learners would like to try getting rid of the desks to enjoy learning in an open environment. The school supports and encourages our learning style, especially since we are such an at-risk district.

About my class
