Polar heart monitors will allow the students, teachers, and parents to see real physical data of what is happening in PE class each day. The student will automatically see what level of intensity they are in and the amount of calories they are burning. This will give teachers and students actual data to discuss the causes and effects of physical activity, nutrition and the emotional and mental impact it has on a child. This will help the parents guide there conversation about there grade and the importance of daily physical activity. Heart rate monitors will also help the teacher have real time data to support the student in giving real time grades and points. The quote will give a great start to support a small group of students in each class to see what their intensity levels are and how it feels/looks for a perfect idea of physical fitness.
