These resources will be used to create a clean and organized environment for the students to learn in. The plastic envelopes will be for centers for each subject. These envelopes will hold the materials and directions that they will need in order to complete the activities. The book bins and magazine holders will be used to separate books by level and for each student to have an individual box to keep books on their level in order to pass reading tests and for independent reading time. Keeping table tops clean and clutter free is very important, but having quick access to the needed materials is even more! The white caddies will be used to hold everything that students will need quickly like pencils, scissors, glue, highlighters, and dry erase markers. Storage for all of the extra supplies is also necessary! The drawers will be used for storing students work supplies near their tables as well as small group instruction supplies for when we are working in small groups. They will also be home to extra supplies and fluency practice pages like sight words and math skills. The mailboxes will hold their work for them to take home. The flat bins could be one of the most important part of the day. They will be used as a tool for students to think about their thinking when turning in their work. Green will mean they got it!, yellow will mean they may need a little bit of help, and red means they don't understand. These materials will be extremely helpful in the success of my students!
