We definitely know that without desks and chairs the risks of keeping children engaged for 6 - 7 hours per day is very low if any. I need these desks and chairs to provide a stable and comfortable learning environment for my class. I want to be able to provide my students with ample classroom cooperation to talk about what they are learning...and so they can grow from each other through these learning groups that these desks will be provide to them. I know technology is what most people ask for but what I need, this class needs, is the basic necessities so we can build towards a successful year. And without these much needed desks, it will not happen as well. I am asking for 14 sixteen-inch shell stack chairs, ten desks and 10 fourteen-inch chairs so that my children can be safe and participate in cooperative learning activities.
