I am a teacher in the Upper St. Clair School District near Pittsburgh, PA. I foster creativity in my classroom and hope to build a sense of independence through flexible seating. Students in my school enjoy learning and I want to take that a step further by creating a 21st Century classroom of the future. The staff and families in my school truly value education and want to do what is best for children. I want to push myself as a teacher to do what is best for my second graders not only through my lessons and passion for teaching, but through the way that my classroom is set up for them.
