I am a first grade teacher in a high-need rural community. Due to overwhelming budget cuts that everyone seems to be facing, we are limited in the amount of "extra" supplies we are allotted to purchase. Unfortunately the students may not get some educational experiences because of these cut backs. I have many ideas for fun activities and lessons that require supplies that are not readily available to us.
