We need a classroom rug that will allow us to meet, sit and engage with each other in a safe and comfortable area. The carpet has individual squares which will allow each student to have their own personal space. Building a community within a classroom is essential for learning. My students need to feel comfortable enough with me and each other in order to take risks. This rug will also provide a sense of togetherness, giving us adequate space to enjoy our school experience. I am hoping a classroom rug will provide us a sense of community within our classroom.
